I’ve had a few people approach me for their Wills recently who were surprised by the cost, and I have suggested they ask the company who prepared their Will some years ago how much it would be. I’m delighted when people come back to me to say thanks for the honesty. I was right!

A company who has done all the hard work with you previously, and deals with a small but significant amendment to a Will that’s already on their system, should be economical to deal with.

I also direct people elsewhere for what I call super specialist Contentious Probate work. Some clients need advice about financial abuse, some need to make a claim to get what was promised to them, and for some, a whole farm is at stake.

I have a good network of specialist professionals I can direct you to.

Myself and my husband recently asked Jane to help us arrange our Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, and I couldn't recommend her highly enough.
